For personal documents, the Consulate General of the UAE legalizes: Power of Attorney, Birth/Marriage/Death Certificates, Degree/Transcript, Validation letter (driving license), Certificates of Good Conduct, and other personal documents.
Typically, personal documents require notarization, then authentication from Department of Foreign Affairs Canada. Depending on the personal document, the procedure may vary. It is best to consult with our offices to attain the further information.
All personal documents have a fee of 75.00 Canadian dollars.
Commercial Documents
For commercial documents the Consulate General of the UAE legalizes: Power of Attorney and business related certificates, Certificates of Origin, Invoices, Health certificates, Packing list, and other commercial documents.
To authenticate commercial documents, the Consulate General requires notarization then stamps from any Board of Trade / Chamber of Commerce, or the Department of Foreign Affairs.
